1. Scope of Service
AADM provides professional services in Systems & Cloud Engineering, focused on the implementation, configuration, and integration of technological solutions, including:
- Integration of systems and platforms through APIs and cloud services.
- Logical configuration of networks, security, remote access, and associated services.
- Provisioning, configuration, and management of VPS servers and cloud environments.
- Cloud architecture and automation of technical processes.
- Data integration, pipelines, and Business Intelligence (BI) solutions.
- Optimization of cloud environments and cost control (FinOps).
- Specialized technical consulting, remote support, and mentoring.
The services will be carried out in accordance with the scope previously agreed upon through a technical proposal, budget, work order, or digital communication validated by the client.
2. Work Modality
The services are primarily provided remotely. In exceptional cases, hybrid modalities may be agreed upon depending on the nature of the project.
The client must provide technical access, necessary information, temporary credentials, permissions, and authorized personnel for the proper provision of the service.
AADM will not be responsible for delays, interruptions, or inability to perform resulting from incomplete access, incorrect information, or resources not provided by the client.
3. Platforms, Software, and Third-Party Services
According to the project, AADM will be able to:
- Set up cloud services, platforms, and software provided by the client or by third parties.
- Integrate existing systems with new solutions.
All software, licenses, or third-party services are governed by the terms, policies, and warranties of the respective provider. AADM does not guarantee the operation of obsolete services, those that are out of support, or those modified by third parties without authorization.
4. Intellectual Property and Access
Once the service is completed and the corresponding payment has been credited:
- The configurations, technical documentation, and specific project deliverables become the responsibility of the client.
- Internal tools, templates, frameworks, reusable scripts, or methodologies previously developed by AADM remain the exclusive property of AADM, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For security reasons, AADM may retain administrative access during the execution of the work. The client agrees not to modify critical configurations without prior coordination.
5. Confidentiality and Data Protection
AADM is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all technical, operational, and business information of the client, even after the contractual relationship has ended.
The processing of data is carried out in accordance with good information security practices and international confidentiality standards.
7. Warranties and Limitation of Liability
AADM guarantees the proper technical execution of the services within the agreed scope.
However, AADM will not be responsible for failures or incidents arising from:
- Misuse or incorrect use by the customer or third parties.
- Unauthorized changes or subsequent interventions.
- Cloud services, connectivity, or platforms provided by third parties (ISPs, cloud providers, hosting, SaaS, etc.).
- Power outages, environmental events, or unavailability of external services.
AADM does not assume legal, criminal, or contractual responsibility for disputes between the client and external providers.
7. Support and Maintenance
Continuous technical support is not included unless a maintenance plan, recurring service, or SLA is expressly contracted.
Requests outside the original scope may be budgeted as new services.
8. Termination of Service
AADM may suspend or terminate a service when:
- The client does not provide necessary access or information.
- There are technical, security, or legal risks.
- Improper use of the configured systems is detected.
The client may terminate the service by providing prior notice, subject to the conditions of ongoing projects.
9. Payment Method
All services require a fifty percent (50%) deposit of the total estimated amount before starting any task.
- The remaining 50% must be paid upon completion of the service, prior to the delivery of access, documentation, or final configurations.
- Scope expansions, additional hours, or unanticipated requirements will be quoted and paid in advance.
- In case of cancellation by the client, the deposit is non-refundable, as it covers technical time and operational costs.
Accepted payment methods:
- Bank transfer or deposit.
- Digital payments.
10. Diagnosis and Technical Budgets
The diagnostic services, technical analysis, architectural design, or preparation of detailed proposals constitute an independent service with its own fee.
This amount will be deducted from the total project cost only if the execution is carried out with AADM. Otherwise, the charge is non-refundable and the client retains the delivered documentation.
The use of AADM services implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
